Recruited from Toyota to serve as Engagement Manager and Consultant, Manufacturing Practice, McKinsey and Co. His successes and leadership at McKinsey resulted in being recruited as Vice President of Manufacturing by a venture capital firm for turnaround management team of what has now become the world's largest single engine piston aircraft company in the world. Instrumental in growing the company from 11% to 30% market share in less than two years while doubling operation efficiencies.
